Autism Spectrum Disorder [Infographic]
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by deficits in language acquisition and social communication. The disorder is referred to as a “spectrum,” as individuals can exhibit a wide range of symptoms. Symptoms appear early in life between 2- 3 years of age. Contrary to popular belief, ASD is not caused by vaccines.
