Do you love neuroscience, the brain, and the mind?

Are you interested in science communication and want to practice your storytelling skills in a creative way?

Are you looking for an opportunity to publish in a non-academic setting with a large audience?

 

Here at Knowing Neurons, we are always looking for new contributors who are passionate about neuroscience education! We welcome submissions on all kinds of brain-related topics across all types of media, ranging from written articles to infographics and more. Our publication is currently accepting pitches from neuroscience students, postdocs, professors, or individuals actively engaged in science communication (SciComm) on other blogs or social media. We also welcome collaboration with other neuroscience blogs and websites, across all types of media.

If you are interested in contributing to Knowing Neurons, please send us a pitch through the Knowing Neurons email: [email protected]. Be sure to include your name, email address, and your background as it relates to neuroscience and/or psychology. Include a short one-paragraph pitch about your article, infographic, etc. Your pitch should be brain-related and planned for a general, non-specialist audience. Please keep in mind that most published articles are between 500 – 1500 words, with at least three peer reviewed journal articles listed in APA format.
